Booking
Use the Book Now button anywhere on this site. Pick your activity, package, date and time, leave your details, and we will message you back to confirm. It takes about a minute.
No. You reserve online and pay on the day. Nothing is charged when you submit the form.
In peak winter weeks, as far ahead as you can, weekends fill up. Outside those, a couple of days is usually enough. If your schedule is tight, book early and treat the weather as the variable.
Yes. Ski and snowboard lessons have a dedicated group rate for two to five people at 200 GEL each. For anything larger, message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it.

Weather & cancellations
We make the call on the morning of your activity and message you as early as we can. If we cancel, you choose: full refund, or move to any other day at no charge. We never charge a fee for a weather cancellation.
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before your start time. Inside 24 hours, see our cancellation policy, a genuine emergency is handled reasonably.
We message the WhatsApp or phone number on your booking on the morning of the activity. If you have not heard and you are unsure, message us, we would far rather answer twice.
On the day
Within Gudauri, yes, tell us where you are staying when you book and we will arrange it.
Fifteen minutes before your start time, or a little more if you still need rental equipment or a lift pass.
Yes. Our team works in English, Georgian and Russian.
All times on the booking form are Georgia time (GMT+4).
Suitability
We take all levels and ages across every activity. Tell us the age of each guest when you book so we can match the right instructor, pilot or machine. Under-18s need a parent or guardian to sign the waiver.
Usually yes, but tell us when you book rather than on the day. Back, neck and heart conditions matter for paragliding in particular. Message us and we will give you a straight answer.
Many standard travel policies exclude what they call extreme or adventure sports. Check your policy wording covers the specific activity you have booked before you travel.
Paragliding and snowmobile tours include everything. For ski and snowboard lessons you need your own skis or board, rental is widely available in the village, and we can point you at it.
