What we collect, why we hold it, and how to make us delete it. Short version: only what we need to run your booking safely.
1.Who controls your data

2.What we collect
When you make a booking we collect your name, email address, phone number, messaging handle where you give one, the activity and date you booked, the number of guests, and any notes you add, including health information you choose to tell us so we can run the activity safely.
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address and message.
- We do not collect or store card details. Payment is taken in person on the day.
- We collect basic, aggregated analytics about site usage. This does not identify you individually.
- We do not buy personal data from third parties or sell yours to anyone.
3.Why we use it
To confirm and run your booking, contact you about weather decisions or changes, meet our safety and insurance obligations, answer your questions, and keep records required by Georgian tax and business law.
The legal bases we rely on are performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and improving the business, and legal obligation for record keeping. Where you give us health information, we rely on your explicit consent, given so we can carry out the activity safely.
4.Who we share it with
Your guide, pilot or instructor, so they can run your activity safely.
Our insurer, where a claim or incident requires it.
Service providers who host this website, deliver our email and store our booking records. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.
Emergency services and mountain rescue, if there is an incident.
We do not share your data for marketing purposes with anyone.
5.How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for three years after the activity date, which covers our insurance and accounting obligations. Contact form messages are kept for twelve months. Health information you give us is deleted within 30 days of the activity unless an incident occurred.
6.Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it.
Email gudaurii2000@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
7.Cookies
This site uses only the cookies necessary to make it work and to measure aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still function.
8.Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use existing bookings' data will be notified by email.
